Notice of Your Personal Information and Your Rights - California Residents The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 ('CCPA'), requires that we provide California residents with a privacy notice that contains a comprehensive description of our online and offline practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, sale, sharing, and retention of personal information and of the rights of California residents regarding their personal information. This Notice is intended solely for, and is applicable only to, California residents. If you are not a California resident, this Notice does not apply to you, and you should not rely on it. This Notice does not apply to our employees. A separate privacy notice applies to our employees. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice. Other capitalized terms not defined in this Notice have the same meaning ascribed to them in our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are deemed to be incorporated herein (provided, however, that this Notice shall control with respect to any conflicting terms).

The CCPA defines 'personal information' to mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular California resident or household. To summarize our process for verifying any request described above, we will comply with your request upon verification of your identity and, to the extent applicable, the identity of the California resident on whose behalf you are making such request. We will verify your identity either to a 'reasonable degree of certainty' or a 'reasonably high degree of certainty' depending on the sensitivity of the Personal Information and the risk of harm to you by unauthorized disclosure, deletion, or correction as applicable. To do so, we will ask you to verify data points based on information we have in our records concerning you.
Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to forty-five (45) days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve (12) month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
